Our next home (NOT!)  We have watched this assisted living/retirement home being constructed in our neighborhood, due to open this spring.   They are going up like crazy in this area.    And we laugh about moving in( which isn’t going to happen.)  But we’ve wondered about the layout as this totally flat wall with no windows faces south with some view of the city I imagine.    Today we happened to walk by and see this huge photo put up there of the 1936 Berlin US Rowing Olympic champions, from the UW.   “The Boys in the Boat”  seems an odd choice for a building full of old people.
Edit:   I read this architecture is supposed to look  like a shell house  ?????    It’s also very green.   

We were going to go to the Burke museum today but learned that Tatum tested positive (VERY mild symptoms) for covid and we had seen her briefly after she thinks she was exposed so are waiting our 5 days and will take the rapid test tomorrow and hopefully feel we can go then.  You just never know do you.   It’s tiresome.
