Chicken
Tahini chicken, and roasted Brussels sprouts with fried halloumi. Wine: A to Z Wineworks Grove Oregon Pinot Noir 2019.
The chicken is dredged in a seasoned tahini and egg mixture (with cumin and sumac) before being dredged in panko breadcrumbs.
