Lunar

Woke early and got some Italian and Wordle done over my morning tea in bed before a morning in the office catching up and sitting in on a somewhat frustrating online committee meeting.
In person meeting in the afternoon where I heard future news, then home for the last two online meetings of the day. I passed this on the way home…reminding me that we forgot to go to the Lunar New Year parade and light show in town yesterday. We’re not doing very well at doing anything other than work, supper and slumping at the moment, and this evening was the same. A&N were planning to go out bowling this evening but ended up just staying in, and M&Ad came round for supper (more slow roast lamb and rice) and chat as we watched the landscape artist of the year programme (although odd styles amongst the artists this week and not very interesting). Ad wondering about what to do on accommodation next year and managing his changing friendship groups, as well as talking through his uni work and plans (or not!) for possible careers. Later to bed than recently, but a sociable evening
