Chocolate overkill
We've had no end of wintry weather and everyone's out of sorts.
Playing around in the kitchen today, I made this chocolate tart with a chocolate-espresso crust. There was too much chocolate in the tart filling. The crust had enough espresso in it to raise the dead. Bit of overkill, like the weather. Meh.
Looks nice though.
