Rock Revival

I thought I'd lost some of the Mossy Stonecrop (Sedum lydium) that covers much of our rocky borders, as it turned grey and looked completely dead during the harsh winter we've just had (as seen at lower right). However, it's made of sterner stuff and I was delighted to see it making a comeback, as on this rock.

It's an amazing plant that is usually bright green, but turns red when it gets cold or if there's a drought (no fear of that here!)

No more snow today, but a bitterly cold wind instead. Hope you're well wrapped up!
