Strava Day 248/ #75Hard Off Phase Day 6.
Five liters, reading and indoor yoga plus outdoor incline walk done. This is a screenshot from a video I took recording my handstand practice. Got the tip from Lauren Alexi ( @_laurenalexify on Instagram), asked her if she does self-timed shots for progress photos and she said she usually just takes a video and capture a screenshot. She has more than 500 thousand followers on TikTok (a platform I am really not into as it would just be another distraction). If you're younger though, her account is definitely worth the time as her strength, athletic feats and discipline could be an occasional source of motivation. Got to know her virtually via the Strong Girls Club (@stronggirlsclubph on Instagram). Posted a random query on their Facebook page and Lexi was the kind soul who volunteered to be my virtual accountability buddy for 75 Hard as she told me that she has done and completed it twice.

We're always our harshest critic, we often underestimate our own abilities, we don't give ourselves enough credit. Most people, if they don't believe in themselves, they don't try.

T asked me if I remembered the film Coraline during breakfast, made me watch a YouTube clip from Psych2GO talking about colours and personalities during lunch and after dinner we were able to squeeze in "off screen time." He has his own Become Journal now filled with his current fascination: Five Nights At Freddy's and the Moondrop and Sunrise Series.
