Police Outriders

I come across motorcycle outriders in London on quite a regular basis.

They provide security and use whistles to manage safe passage for members of Government, The Royal Family and high level VIP's.

Generally I see around 6 of them accompanying a vehicle. 

Two is unusual, which is why I suspect this is for a movie.
