Ship to shore
Yet another dull and occasionally wet day - when will it end! On days like this I really have to force myself to go out, but I walked down town to get the papers and one or two other things and managed the return journey without getting wet.
This ship was at the North Pier, unloading sand into a succession of lorries, presumably from the Glensanda quarry over the water.
Didn't meet anyone that I knew today, apart from a lady who I didn't recognise being pushed in a wheelchair. She called out 'Hello Maurice' - or maybe it was 'Hello Boris'! Who knows!
