walk ..... with Lucy.  He really found poor Lucy surplus to requirement and once in the woods did his best to keep well away from her .....  slumped in his bed for the rest of the afternoon/evening having been to the kitchen twice to look at his congealed supper.  He hasn't eaten it so it's for the bin now.
