Day 3

Still trying to grapple with this process!   Tried to use just a photocopy as the image (not this one) and don't like the results.....so i will continue to explore.

These are just more of my explorations:   what i'm noticing about this piece is the area where i used the orange crayon with the orange oil stick over it....just taking notice of what i like when making marks!  That is basically the main purpose of this assignment.

Had a lovely few visits today!   My dear friend Sandra in Ontario, who has recently become a grandmother...we compared experienced and she is of course in awe of our ability to reproduce....it really is quite astounding!
Then Jane came over and we had a nice interaction about my assignment...she's so supportive and positive...i'm lucky to have her as my friend!!  Then a lovely chat with Morgan while she fed Owen....he has apparently become very attached to a plastic potato!!!   He's gonna be a potato lover for sure...just like his GeeGee!

All in all a good day, even altho the weather outside was rather frightful!  lots of rain and i hear we're in for some freezing rain this evening....icy roads so not great to be heading out anywhere.
