Morning Sky

Another day, same old routine.  Work was busy, and a huge task arrived in our in boxes this morning.  No one has really taken it in – there is a 36 page slide pack explaining the work, and a 38 page guidance document and a massive spreadsheet to collect the information that we have to pull together.  I would say we are all quite overwhelmed by it and maybe even a little bit hysterical at the thought of it.  We have just over a month to complete the task, but it might take us a fortnight to understand what is actually being asked for.
 
I didn’t move from my desk all day, so went for a walk in the dark tonight to get my daily steps in.
 
There was a glimmer of brightness in the sky when I was out this morning before work.
