Keys

Today our current students finished their tenancy and a new group moved in. It is a 5 bedroom property and all bedrooms are lockable so for each new tenancy I photograph the keys. This avoids any confusion at the end of the tenancy.
Despite the rain, today was one of the smoothest turnarounds that I have had in 20 years. I hope that this year's group is as good as the last one.
