Amazing weather!

Fresh overnight snow on the high fells...

We turned back on our walk to Black Fell ( we were quite near the top ) as we were caught in a hail storm! The fells disappeared in a white out...

By the time we got back to the car, the sun came out for a few minutes, and a rainbow appeared!

Then it was back to sleet!

We drove home through hail, sleet and ( briefly ) snow!

So today's blip is just a brief moment in time, as most of today's weather has been thick clouds, with hail or sleet.

Home now...a very enjoyable couple of days!
