A good solid picnic table...

...and a gate getting more derelict by the week...
We were all ready to go out for a quick leg stretch when a hailstorm raced through, so we delayed while it passed and then managed to nip out for a quick dash round the res... We were caught by the next shower but it wasn't too heavy! No picnics were enjoyed on our route ;) 
Instead we treated ourselves to lunch at the Lord Nelson and an exciting trip to ScrewFix for some lightbulbs for the neighbours. A much nastier hailstorm once we were home safe and sound - Roy has been across to fit said lightbulbs ( which involved scrabbling in the loft to fix the fittings first ) while I have stayed cosy and warm at home ;)
