Help Needed

I have borrowed a friend's camera today as I have a special birthday arriving next week and hubby has said that he will buy me a new camera.
Currently he is considering 3.
Any thoughts regarding either:-
Canon
Fujifilm
Nikon
I need a good zoom, but a light weight bridge camera. I am not up to the standard of an DSLR yet and to be honest I haven't got the time to use it to it's full potential.
This picture was taken with one of the above 3. Very impressed so far!
Help please blippers - any comments appreciated.
