Where is the sea?
This whole area is usually under water but this was taken at the very low spring tide this afternoon. The high tide this evening is 9.2 metres and will fill most of the beach. It has been a lovely day but the bitterly cold wind is blowing straight in from the Atlantic Ocean. It did not bother the dogs who ran around in the shallows enjoying the noise that their feet make in the water as they race around.
Rusky is improving bit by bit and is managing to move around happily. He is normally a bouncy dog and stopping him from bouncing is a challenge. He had to stay at home when we went out.
We have managed to shop for the weekend whilst the shops were less busy. We have grown used to wearing masks and as the numbers here are still high we continue to use them in shops.
Tomorrow the girls are coming and so I imagine we will have a quiet arty packed afternoon with them here.
