We have been to the tip (recycling centre) and took her for a lovely run in the sun. It was great today, fantastic light, although it was blustery and very cold.

We are walking around the Twentyman Playing fields in Bilbrook, Staffordshire. A large and open space provided by Staffordshire County Council. One of many wonderful recreation spaces that we have access to locally. The cage is a clever basketball arena freely available to all to use. Baskets provided, bring your own balls. 

This afternoon I have been installing insulation in the garage while Mrs I has been touching up the paintwork in the extension. 

We'll probably have a takeaway tonight. Both too tired to cook.
