When your home really IS your castle!

I pass this incredible building every day on my way to work and it has been fascinating to watch it progress from scaffolded building site to, I think, almost finished.

I’ve no idea if it’s a new building or an old one that’s been renovated, and I don’t know if it’s actually going to be used as a home, but it would be amazing to live there, wouldn’t it? The most I could find out about it so far is that it’s called ‘Beaubush Castle’ and is the registered address for a Polish man’s heating company. I’ve put another view of it in the ‘extras’. As well as the St George’s flag on the roof and lion statues, there are several eagle shield symbols, which are from the Polish coat of arms - a nice melding of two cultures!
