Afternoon treat

I finally managed to finish work on time today (the first time this week). I’m not actually contracted to work on Friday’s, but due to the shortage of nurses I have been working full time as a “favour” since June last year, my one stipulation was that I needed to finish at 1 pm on a Friday so that I could do my Dad’s housework. So after I’d been to make his lunch and do a bit of cleaning my husband whisked me away to the next village for a treat.
