Downy woodpecker

A really busy day in the courtyard, plumber, electricians and the regular contractors.  Lots of decisions today on location of things.  I had to take my mom to a doctor appointment and almost didn't get back in time to take to landscaper about the plants, I made it and final plant order goes in on Monday.  We will enjoy a couple of quiet days now and back to it on Monday.
