Waiting to cross

There are proper crosswalks, but people often just cross the street wherever they can if there's a break in the traffic. Sometimes people will stop to let pedestrians cross, and the woman in the car saw this man and did stop to let him cross. The pedestrians who drive me crazy are the ones who don't look before they cross and then wander slowly across or down the middle of the road! Very common thing for tourists to do in the summer.
Went to town, had breakfast, picked up some groceries and wine, and dropped off the recycling. The usual Friday. I enjoyed going to the Tree House for breakfast, not too busy in there and all covid protocols were being observed. Crazy weather today, all over the place!
