Will you go away PLEASE!!!!!!!!

After work I headed down to the lake.. I only got a few shots of this bird before the skies opened up and I headed for home. I'm lost on the kind of bird this is.. Doesn't really look like a non breeding male goldfinch but... the yellow throat throws me off.. I did find a bird exactly like it but the maps say it would be lost by a thousand miles so...

Watching the opening Olympic ceremonies tonight... Lovely ceremony in these tense times...
