Daffodils

Last night we had a rather good sunset, and this morning I was up early and wow, the sunrise coming over the tops of the trees was spectacular, the bedrooms were pink from the glow in the sky. I wished I had been out somewhere suitable to capture it. 

The day seems to have gone by and I have not done the things that I wanted to do. It was a cold, frosty and bright start to the day - we planned to go walk at Bushy Park but as we neared there, there was horrendous traffic, and then I remembered that roadworks are being done on Hampton Court bridge to make it 'terrorist proof' as they did to Westminster bridge - why they are doing that is beyond me, its sleepy Surrey not London. Anyway we turned the car around and went to walk elsewhere, but I forgot my camera in the car so did not take any photos. 

I seemed to faff around with unimportant things today, and then decided to do an indoor blip - as seen here.

It's a quiet weekend as we are not going out anywhere, I might as well start packing my camera bag and sorting my things for my trip on Friday.
