High riser

What will be the town's tallest house is slowly getting taller and higher. The 13th floor is now under construction, four floors left. There will be 35 apartments and despite (rudely) expensive apartments, 32 are already sold. The  penthouse (4 bedrooms) for 12,5 million SEK  (1.250.000€/1.365.000USD) was sold first.

/The rounded six-floor house beside is an old industrial building. Most of it has already been converted into apartments. The nearest to the new high-rise building will also be rebuilt soon./
