Random beam

I stopped near the Lea at Waltham Abbey to grab today's blip and found this wooden beam, maybe 8 x 8 inches had been left by the river. It looks as though it had been there for some time. Much more interesting than the lock I had intended to post up today. And I hope more interesting than the stone chippings bound in a metal cage that look as though they will be the foundations for something.
