It’s been a bit of a washout sort of day, and quite windy too. But we managed three walks with Gus without getting wet, so we’re grateful for that. Gus spent the day as he spends most days, snoozing in his comfy bed.

He kept me and Arnside Simon company while we watched the Wales vs Ireland match. It wasn’t the right sort of result for someone with Welsh blood, and even though I have a bit of Irish blood too, my allegiance is stronger to the mother country where I grew up.

The camera only went outside for a couple of minutes first thing, before the rain started. So here we have a view of Gus gently sleeping.
