A visit to the country park

We were all out this morning for a visit to the nearby Coate Country Park. Although a little cold the sun was out for most of our walk around the lake. Our grandson was dressed in his waterproof trousers which meant he could have fun jumping in puddles. He also enjoys throwing sticks in the water as he has been doing in this shot.

We all had lunch in a nearby pub and that meant he missed out on his midday nap. He didn’t take long getting to sleep tonight.

Our daughter and husband are out tonight with new neighbours and should enjoy exploring the local nightlife.
