That's my boy!

This is my eldest son pitching for the London Metros against the Enfield Sidewinders - a snail's eye view from behind the backstop.

Despite a good performance in which he only gave up one earned run in five innings, the Metros went on to lose 9-4 as our offence just couldn't break out the bats - a familiar story so far this season. But it's early days, there's plenty of games left and as a sixteen year old playing for an adult team in the second highest British baseball league, he's still got a lot to be happy about!
