Tin tent camping

Rain, rain and more rain. At least it seems to have eased this evening. Needless to say it's been an indoors day where food figured far too prominently. I crawled down to Marton in time to watch Zoi Sadowski Synnot win New Zealand's first ever Winter Olympic Gold (Snowboard slopestyle event). The reaction of her rivals was outstanding too as they swarmed her with hugs as her final winning score was announced. What an amazingly positive spirit of competition..... true Olympic spirit.
