Keep smiling

Got up this morning and forgot I was at work at 2- thought it was 4 to 8.30. Threw me out so didn't get what I wanted to do done.

Work was mainly uneventful apart from spending an hour up a ladder dusting light fittings. Gets very warm up there.

First day of diet too so trying to resist a glass of wine.

Blip opportunity- free day, so took a photo of me in the mirror in the staff room.
