Hail One

The hail showers continue and this one was approaching us as we were nearing the end of the dog walk.

Found a Red Admiral butterfly in a dusty open box that was under the bed in the room I've just decorated, goodness knows how it got there.  I thought it must be dead and then realised it was moving slightly.  M checked online and learned that they sometimes find a dark dry place to over winter, so have carefully put it into a partially open cardboard box and placed in a coolish dark place.  Wonder if it will survive.
