Glory Glory

We had been telling Sue about how elusive the Gang Gangs have been of late and we hadn’t had a visit from even a lone Gang Gang until tonight.  We were sitting down on the lower deck at happy hour when we heard the sound of the creaking door again.  Spectacularly two of them appeared high in the trees and were content for nearly 30 minutes to eat the nuts at the top of the eucalypts.  But the show wasn’t over and one of them came swooping down and did a couple of amazing fly by’s as we sat there absolutely transfixed.  To top off the show, they both made their way to the lower water bowls for a drink before flying off to the north west.  I decided it was time to observe and enjoy rather than try and find my camera.  Fortunately Mauzee had taken the Binoculars down and we all turns at having a close look at these prehistoric wonders.
