Finally

Sill in place, as is the "shelf" which will make way for some down lights sometime soon. Luckily we had a whole sheet of panelling that came with the kitchen last summer. Glad that's one less item in the garage gone. Just the tile edging, grout & silicone to do next.

Managed to fit in a 5k run. Sluggish, but glad I did it as I missed out on a run last weekend.

Great result for my beloved Forest. Beating a PL team 4-1 in the FA Cup is the stuff that dreams are made of. This year could be our year.....
