Very busy

Sorry I’m not getting around to replying and starring as much as I wanted

Sunday felt very busy after a generous lie in. I spent over an hour in the supermarket!

MrH isn’t very well right now, thinks it’s something he ate in the working week, too many chilli products and then made worse by overindulgence yesterday. He’s not eaten anything today, felt very nauseous and just drank hot liquids. He thinks his meal from yesterday is stuck in his stomach and not digesting at all. Not sure what to do other than drink lots of water. He’s rarely very unwell like this so it’s a bit concerning. He went to bed a bit early and is out like a light (again very odd).

I made this ox cheek noodle broth this eve. I thought it may be relatively healthy and nurturing but MrH couldn’t even try it. Fingers crossed that he’s feeling better tomorrow.
