When we adopted Hamish from the Humane Society, we were told he was a Westie mix. I was curious to know what the other components of the mix are, so I had his DNA analyzed. He's 100% Westie -- in other words, he's purebred. However, he is highly inbred -- not surprising, given his history.

The best news is that he doesn't have any worrisome genes -- extra.
