Evening sun

Have been out with my friend Suzy for a walk around where she lives. This is the view as we walked back round from the farm road back into the village. It was warmer than it has been in the past few weeks.

Came home and put on my new 60 second promise exercise dvd. This is where muscles that haven't been used for a while are now complaining.
