rainbow

Joanna and I walked the Stepford Round with Jess this morning. We were remembering the first time I did that route, on crutches, six weeks after my broken hip. here is my blip from that day.

Today we hadn't brought a picnic, but we did stop half way around to admire this beautiful rainbow.

D and I have treated ourselves to a new mattress after 30 years of sleeping on the old one...I worked out that that's about 90,000 hours! The mattress is arriving tonight and I'm hoping for a good night's rest on it :-) zzzzz
