Water torture

I am not a fan of my hygienist. She’s lovely but I can never believe I’m paying good money to be put through the water process, and get a telling off into the bargain. 

On the plus side, my hygienist is based in the gorgeous Derbyshire town of Ashbourne. I was brought up just over the border in Staffordshire, and I adore the area. Driving home, the light was amazing. 

Bare trees and strange clouds can make such an impact.

And I’ve come home suitably chastised and full of good flossing intentions……
