Textures

The trunk of the apple tree in the garden is showing it's age and looking a bit gnarled.  I do like the textures of the trunk and branches.
I am tagging this shot for Mono Monday.  I have got half of the theme right, it is in mono, but I failed on Jens Photos suggestion of a Letter Box.  The only letter box I have any hope of photographing is the one on our front door.  A very boring plain one. So I have gone with the tree, sorry Jens Photos but thank you for hosting this month.
