Pond life

I spent the first half of this morning catching up with everything domestic after my three days away at West Dean and then started to write up my notes of everything I had learned. I have brought back a pile of half-finished work; now I need to get down to finishing what has been started (see extra for example).

This afternoon we took a walk around Frensham Little Pond. It was very quiet - not even much in the way of water fowl. Where is all the pond life hiding?
