Sinister house and shiny road

A busy work-day with lots of online meetings. I had a yoga class owing to me so I finished just before 6 to go to that. I took a few quick shots along the way, and as there was for once no traffic (because the newly resurfaced road is closed) I had a clear shot of this slightly creepy seaside mansion. I wonder what the 'tower' was all about, and what the room is like inside.
