Edinburgh by night

After a long day of revision, made even longer by the lack of tea or coffee in my diet (I'm trying to cut down), LB and I took a post-dinner walk. I was slightly dubious when he suggested we walk some of his running route up a dark and uneven track, but my god am I glad we did. The view from the top was spectacular, something I don't think this panorama even vaguely does justice.

I think I've said it before, but in my opinion, there is nowhere more beautiful than Edinburgh by night.
