a good monday

I popped to Wivenhoe after work to check in with my parents as Paul has been at Legoland all day and then went to the village to meet up with my friend Helena who I haven't seen since the summer, we had a good couple of hours of catching up and inspiring chats and then I caught the train home.

I've used this high street photo as a blip as I just felt very happy walking along in the light evening and stopped to acknowledge that I'm really going to miss living in Wivenhoe now that summer is getting closer, though technically if the trains are in my favour I actually live closer to the quayside than when I lived at my parents!
