97/365 - Gingerbread house

I went to the Cake and Bake Show today at Manchester Central (I will always know it as GMEX). I spent the day with my lovely friend Nicky. We gorged on cakes to our hearts content :o) saw a few celebrity chefs.... Eric Lanlard being one of them and Stacey Stewart, the very retro looking gal from Sunderland, with her mahoosive beehive. It was a great day. This amazing life size gingerbread house was made over the course of the weekend, amazing isn't it?
