Downhill

The day started with a magnificently coloured sunrise sky….which I think I only caught the end of here but is elsewhere on other journals in its full splendour.
I worked from home today…series of online meetings and then reading prep for shortlisting tomorrow. Straightforward, but I struggled to finish the piece of writing I have to do and I really need to get it done (A and I had chatted this morning about both of us seeming to have an inability to tackle things without a closely looming deadline!).
Collected her from work and she still had a bad headache and overwhelming tiredness…sure she must be coming down with something so sent her straight to bed when we got home. She slept for nearly four hours and woke for a chat and a cup of tea before going back to bed. Covid tests negative but she’s definitely not right…
