Lights out

This is the seven pin plug which connects my trailer to the car. This weeks problem has been by trailer lights failed. Expert advice was to open up the split pins with a screwdriver and it worked, but for how long?

Trailers are very useful but failing lights are a concern, particularly the indicator lights.

I have just had a reminder that this is my 1825th blip, 5 years - and still plugged in.
