Colour in the gloom

It's a dreich day and the morning passed putting the house to rights in readiness for a few days away.  This afternoon it was the last session of my Managing Anxiety course which has given me several useful tools to move forward.  

No chance of an elder tree blip which is all but deserted by birdlife, possibly seeking out early roosts out of the drizzle.  So I braved the wetness to blip pretty much the only colour in the garden as yet.  These tiny iris are lovely but don't last overly long.

It will be a soggy hobble this evening....
