A drive out on this dreary grey day following the first of my weekly gym sessions.
Newgale was the target...apart from a frothy ebbing sea, all was grey. no light or contrast. i so wish i could walk on the beach and not be constrained to a boardwalk view
Still it was good to feel fresh crisp sea air ad hear the pounding of the waves upon sand and shingle alike.
