MAN MADE

.......and man made.
I loved the sculpture in the foreground with the little school of fish fluttering in the breeze.   A very attractive man made piece and the man running by could also fit the bill of man made.  
No plaque giving information on the sculpture. 
It was refreshing to be on the wharf to soak up the salty air at sunset.
