Garden Snowdrops
The Snowdrops are later than many in the village. They are on a north facing slope and get limited sunshine. But they are a welcome sight. They were there when we bought the house eighteen years ago and were probably planted fifty or sixty years ago. In three or four months the same bank will be covered in Bluebells.
The sun is shining. Maybe I will do some tidying up and pot washing in the greenhouse. It is a task which I always plan to do in November when the growing season is over. But somehow it never gets done then.
